Oily Wastewater disturbed issue for Wastewater treatment system!!!

Oily Wastewater from kitchen, restaurant or food factory which is organic wastewater that difficult to treated. In addition, fat and oil degradation by natural will take too long time. In the past, people scooped an oily waste which float on the surface of the water out before this oily wastewater will combine with wastewater from another sources then go to treatment system.

Grease trap, so-so but not the best!!

In fact, we cannot scoop all an Oily Waste out because some type of oil is not float on the surface of the wastewater which are dissolved oil and emulsion. Especially, when dishwashing liquid is used, it will reduce the surfactant of water therefore the amount of dissolved oil in the water will increase.

However, if we let these Oily Waste pass through the treatment system, the system will fail because these oil will attached the bio-film so microorganisms cannot treat the wastewater normally.

Messy and Dirty!!!!!

Scooping an Oily Waste out from surface of water is not efficiency which is quite messy and dirty. Moreover, some central treatments unaccepted this type of Wastewater because it will make their system failed.
