หลักการทำงาน
“INKA Lamella separator” เป็นถังตกตะกอนที่ถูกออกแบบพิเศษทำให้สามารถลดพื้นที่ในการตกตะกอนและยังทำให้ขนาดของถังตกะกอนเล็กลงกว่า 10 เท่า เมื่อเทียบกับถังตกตะกอนแบบดั้งเดิม น้ำที่มีส่วนผสมของตะกอนจะไหลเข้าสู่ช่องทางน้ำเข้าและจะถูกบังคับให้ไหลย้อยขึ้นผ่านแผ่นตกตะกอนซึ่งเอียงทำมุมกับถังตกตะกอนซึ่งแผ่นตกตะกอนจะทำหน้าที่เปรียบเสมือนพื้นที่ตกตะกอนในแนวระนาบจำลองทำให้สามารถลดพื้นที่ใช้ในการตกตะกอนไปได้จำนวนมากะกอนเมื่อตกสัมผัสกับพื้นผิวจะไหลลงสู่ ก้นถัง ในส่วนของน้ำใสจะไหลออกไปยังช่องทางน้ำออกที่อยู่ด้านบน

Lamella Plate Seperator

How does it work?
“INKA Lamella separator” occupies as little as one-tenth of the space required by the equivalent settling pond. The liquid containing the solids to be separated enter the unit through the inlet pipe. The liquid flows upward, the solid settle on the inclined, paralle plate and solid into the sludge hopper at the bottom of the unit. The clarified liquid leaves the plate assembly through openings at the top and discharged into collection channels.
