หลักการทำงาน
อุปกรณ์ชุดขับเครื่องกวาดตะกอนที่ถูกยึดติดกับโครงสร้างสะพานที่ติดตั้งอยู่บนบ่อตกตะกอน จะทำหน้าที่ในการขับเคลื่อน ใบกวาดตะกอน ผ่านทางแกนหมุนใบกวาดตะกอน ให้หมุนรอบตัวเองเพื่อให้แขนกวาดตะกอนที่ ติดตั้งอยู่ที่พื้นถังทำการกวาดตะกอน ซึ่งมีแขนกวาดตะกอนอยู่ถึง 2 แขน ยื่นออกจากแกนกลางเพลาขับ ทำหน้าที่ในการกวาดตะกอนลงสู่บ่อเก็บตะกอน ในส่วนของตะกอนลอยบนผิวน้ำ จะมีแขนกวาดตะกอนลอยซึ่งยึดกับช่องปล่อยน้ำเข้า (side feed well) ทำหน้าที่ในการกวาดตะกอนลอย บนผิวน้ำไปลงยังกล่องเก็บตะกอนลอย อุปกรณ์ทุกชิ้นถูกออกแบบและผลิตสำเร็จรูปจากโรงงานให้สามารถประกอบ และติดตั้งได้อย่างรวดเร็วเพื่อลดเวลาในการติดตั้งหน้างาน

are most suitable for varies diameter of scraper. Aqua Full bridge Scraper &Thickener is designed with a structural steel bridge that spans along the basin diameter. The drive unit is supported by the bridge and transmits power to the collector arms through a drive supported torque tube. Side feed well and skimming arm available. Scraper arms are bolted to the torque tube and rotate with it. The scraper arms are engineered to complement the drive and anticipated sludge loads. Scraper arms extend from the torque tube to the periphery of the basin. A minimum of two scraper arms are provided, allowing the basin floor to be scraped at lease twice in each removal.

How does it work
Sludge scraper arms and other components are welded in the ship to reduce field installation time. Only bridge splices are field welded assuring quality fabrication. All components are preassembled at the factory, an operation that reduces field fit up time and erection costs.
