Disc Membrane Type (PCI Hydrochek) : หัวจ่ายอากาศ แบบ Down Flow

หลักการทำงาน
“HYDRO-CHEK”  ได้รับการออกแบบให้อากาศไหลออกทางรูอากาศด้านล่างของหัวจ่ายอากาศอากาศไม่ได้ออกทางแผ่น diapharm ของหัวจ่ายอากาศเนื่องจากอาจทำให้เกิดการตกตะกอนบนพื้นผิวของหัวจ่ายอากาศ อากาศจะไหลออกจากด้านล่างของหัวจ่ายอากาศโดยรอบและขึ้นสู่ผิวน้ำระหว่างที่อากาศผ่านหัวจ่ายอากาศ แผ่นยางจะขยายออก เพือให้ลมผ่านหัวจ่ายอากาศ แต่ในขณะที่หัวจ่ายอากาศหยุดทำงาน แผ่นยางจะปิดกลับมาเพื่อองกันการดันกลับของแรงดันอากาศภายในถังเติมอากาศ

ใช้ในระบบบำบัดน้ำเสียทั่วไป เช่น ถังเติมอากาศในระบบบำบัดน้ำเสีย,ระบบถังย่อยสลาย,ถังเติมอากาศ,ถังกวนผสม

How does it work
“HYDRO-CHEK” patented “down- flow” Design puts its air flow orifices in the diffuser body, not in the air check diaphragm. Life and eliminating the problems caused by sediment
that could otherwise settle in diaphragm orifices. This down flow design also maximizes the shearing of the air bubbles as they emerge from the orifices and turn upward around
the perimeter of the diffuser. The diapharm distend during aeration to allow air through the diffuser body orifice when the air flow is stopped, the diapharm instantly contrats and
is seated against the diffuser body by the eater pressure in the tank.

The HYDRO-CHEK aeration system is ideal for use in a variety of application , including aeration chambers, digesters , channels, and post-aeration structures.
